Your Two Membership Pathways

Both pathways include access to the sanctuary, the modalities, and the teachings. Both are designed to help you stay aligned — not just get out of pain. Both include unlimited access to the cold plunge as part of your nervous system training.

1. Foundational Steward Membership

A steady rhythm of weekly alignment and spiritual discipline.

Suggested Monthly Offering: $500+ voluntary covenant offering

Includes:

Up to 3 practices per week
Option to add HBOT to a practice for an additional $50 contribution per session
Access to all standard practices
Unlimited cold plunge sessions
Access during non-prime hours (12 PM–6 PM)
Member-only teachings & devotionals
Priority scheduling over non-members (schedule up to 48 hours in advance)
Eligibility for special-attention practices
Monthly Demotu body assessment

2. Covenant Warrior Membership

For high-achievers, leaders, and couples seeking deeper accountability and formation.

Suggested Monthly Offering: $1,000+ voluntary covenant offering

Includes:

Up to 3 practices per week
Option to add HBOT to a practice for an additional $25 contribution per session
Priority scheduling windows (schedule the whole month in advance)
Extended access windows (24/7 access)
Spouse access (sauna, cold plunge, and HBOT alongside member)
Unlimited cold plunge sessions (for you and your spouse)
Monthly Demotu body assessment
Bioharmonize Weekly Formation (online exercise and modality program)
Reduced offerings for extraordinary-care practices

Access Codes & Stewardship

Members will receive access codes that allow you to enter the sanctuary during your access windows without me needing to be present. This is part of the covenant.
